IN-STORE PICKUP

In-store pickup is available Tuesday to Friday (9 AM-5 PM) and Saturday (10 AM-4 PM). An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. You must present an ID and the card that was used for the purchase.

FREE Shipping on ALL Orders.

All vacuums ship out using UPS Signature Required. Depending on what vacuum you're purchasing, we do offer Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground Shipping.

Some discounts may affect the shipping speed.

Return Policy

Online Purchase Return Policy

MAGA Vacuum offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Customers must return the purchased item in original packaging accompanied by Order# within 30 days of your purchase date. Please follow the steps below but please first read the following conditions that apply:

Special Order parts are non-returnable. All special order or custom order parts are final sale, and will not be accepted even if items are returned. Items will be shipped back to the customer if these items are returned, and no credit or refunds are offered for special order parts.
Initial Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return shipping will be paid for by the customer unless the error was made by MAGA Vacuum (Ex: wrong item shipped) in which case return shipping will be paid for by MAGA Vacuum.
Products must be accompanied with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, promotional gifts, and anything else included with the item purchase.
MAGA Vacuum assumes no responsibility for lost products during return transit.
MAGA Vacuum reserves the right to take up to 15 days to process and inspect returns before refund credit is given.
If the item shows excessive wear and tear or has smoke damage, the customer will be charged for these repairs. MAGA Vacuum will deduct from the return purchase amount a $75 cleaning fee for products showing excessive wear and tear, and a $100 cleaning fee for products with smoke damage. MAGA Creek Vacuum will email the customer upon receipt of the damaged item to let the customer know what charges will be held from their return. Email will be sent to the customer email used upon purchase.

Steps for Return / Exchange

Mark your packing slip with the reason for return/exchange.
Make sure your package is accompanied with your order #. Please do not write or sticker directly on the original packaging.
Include all items in the original packaging and accessories received in addition.
Mail in an outer protective box or envelope to the following address:

Allow up to 30 days from receipt of the returned item for processing return request and receiver of credit.

**Please Note: Items must be packaged in their original container. If this is a vacuum, all vacuums must be in the original box, contained in an outer, protective shipping box, similar to the manner your package was initially delivered to you. Packages returned in a manner that is different from the description above will not be accepted, delivery will be refused, and the item will be sent back to the mailer.

Shop Pay is a checkout service from Shopify that lets customers save their payment information to speed up the checkout process on participating stores. Customers can store their email address, credit card, shipping, and billing information, which is then encrypted and securely stored on Shopify's PCI compliant servers. The AIRBELT K3 includes the 12-inch-wide ET-1 electric power head, plus a parquet brush. The K2 KOMBI has a suction adjustment switch located on the canister body, while the K3's suction adjustment switch is located on its ergonomically designed handle.

It features clever storage of three on-board attachments, a five-year parts and labor warranty, a full bag or clog indicator, a big .8-gallon bag, a 25-foot cord and 37-foot cleaning radius, rubber-coated wheels to protect floor surfaces, and a durable telescopic tube with quick-release connections. The soft AIRBELT bumper that surrounds the canister housing protects the vacuum, furniture and walls from incurring scuffs and scratches during use. Users will also enjoy effortless control of cleaning heads that have 180° steering abilities and super low 3.5-inch horizontal cleaning profiles that easily fit under beds and furniture.

The AIRBELT K3’s ET-1 power head effectively cleans carpets and hard-floor surfaces and has excellent pet hair removal! It also offers manual brush roller shut off for cleaning delicate flooring with straight suction. It has four-level manual height adjustment, and the extension side of its L-shaped contour makes cleaning under counters easy. It features tool-free brush roller removal for replacement or bristle cleaning, and a warning light illuminates when brush height is set too high for optimal cleaning, the bristles are worn, or automatic shut off occurs due to a brush roller obstruction, which protects the belts, motor and carpets from damage.

Mid-size Canister Vacuum – The AIRBELT K3 and K2 are considered mid-size canister vacuums, which means they are smaller, more compact machines. They offer one mid-size and two full-size on-board attachments, a .8-gallon filter bag, an operating range of 37 feet, and the K-model canisters weigh about four pounds less than SEBO's D4-model canisters.

Durable, Maneuverable and Technically Advanced Power Head – The AIRBELT K3 comes standard with SEBO's ET-1 power head, which effectively cleans both carpets and hard floors. It is 12-inches wide and offers four-level manual brush height adjustment. Also, to clean delicate rugs and hard floors with straight-suction cleaning, the brush roller can be manually switched off. Its 180° steering ability provides amazing maneuverability. It also has easy brush removal, a handy clog removal door, and an orange warning light with automatic shut off for brush roller obstructions. The warning light also remains illuminated during use when brush height is set too high for optimal cleaning or when the brush roller should be replaced due to reaching maximum bristle wear.

Suction Adjustment Switch on K3 Handle – The vacuum's suction power can be adjusted from 0 to 1,250 watts by a slider switch conveniently located on the handle of the K3, providing convenient suction control for normal to more delicate cleaning tasks.

Three On-board Tools – The SEBO AIRBELT K models come standard with a crevice tool, dusting brush and upholstery nozzle. Also, many optional attachments are available that can be fitted to the telescopic tube or the hose handle.

Large Operating Range – A 37-foot operating range, with a 25-foot cord, saves time because it minimizes the number of electrical outlets needed during use.

Tug and Retract Cord Rewinder – The AIRBELT K models offer a "tug and retract" cord rewinder, instead of a control switch cord rewinder, which is offered on the AIRBELT D4 model.

Full Bag or Clog Light – When a full bag, a clog in the airflow pathway, or an excessively dirty microfilter is detected, an orange warning light, next to the green "on light," on the canister body illuminates and an airflow bypass valve opens. This feature prevents overheating and motor damage from a lack of adequate airflow.
