IN-STORE PICKUP
In-store pickup is available Tuesday to Friday (9 AM-5 PM) and Saturday (10 AM-4 PM). An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. You must present an ID and the card that was used for the purchase.Â
FREE Shipping on ALL Orders.
All vacuums ship out using UPS Signature Required. Depending on what vacuum you're purchasing, we do offer Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground Shipping.
Some discounts may affect the shipping speed.

MAGA Vacuum offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Customers must return the purchased item in original packaging accompanied by Order# within 30 days of your purchase date. Please follow the steps below but please first read the following conditions that apply:

- Special Order parts are non-returnable. All special order or custom order parts are final sale, and will not be accepted even if items are returned. Items will be shipped back to the customer if these items are returned, and no credit or refunds are offered for special order parts.
- Initial Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Return shipping will be paid for by the customer unless the error was made by MAGA Vacuum (Ex: wrong item shipped) in which case return shipping will be paid for by MAGA Vacuum.
- Products must be accompanied with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, promotional gifts, and anything else included with the item purchase.
- MAGA Vacuum assumes no responsibility for lost products during return transit.
- MAGA Vacuum reserves the right to take up to 15 days to process and inspect returns before refund credit is given.
- If the item shows excessive wear and tear or has smoke damage, the customer will be charged for these repairs. MAGA Vacuum will deduct from the return purchase amount a $75 cleaning fee for products showing excessive wear and tear, and a $100 cleaning fee for products with smoke damage. MAGA Creek Vacuum will email the customer upon receipt of the damaged item to let the customer know what charges will be held from their return. Email will be sent to the customer email used upon purchase.

Steps for Return / Exchange

- Â Mark your packing slip with the reason for return/exchange.
- Â Make sure your package is accompanied with your order #. Please do not write or sticker directly on the original packaging.
- Â Include all items in the original packaging and accessories received in addition.
- Â Mail in an outer protective box or envelope to the following address:

- Be sure to track your package as MAGA Vacuum does not assume responsibility for lost return packages.
- Allow up to 30 days from receipt of the returned item for processing return request and receiver of credit.
**Please Note: Items must be packaged in their original container. If this is a vacuum, all vacuums must be in the original box, contained in an outer, protective shipping box, similar to the manner your package was initially delivered to you. Packages returned in a manner that is different from the description above will not be accepted, delivery will be refused, and the item will be sent back to the mailer.

Shop Pay is a checkout service from Shopify that lets customers save their payment information to speed up the checkout process on participating stores. Customers can store their email address, credit card, shipping, and billing information, which is then encrypted and securely stored on Shopify's PCI compliant servers. When customers return to a store, their saved information can autofill checkout fields.Â
Shop Pay also offers chargeback protection from fraud for Shopify merchants. This feature is available for free and helps protect eligible orders against fraudulent and unrecognized chargebacks.
